Free Economy Shipping on Orders Over £75 (up to 17kg)

Frozen Deliveries

  • All frozen deliveries MUST be placed on an Express service at checkout.
  • Frozen items can only be delivered to most parts of the UK. Highlands and islands have some exceptions, please call for details. 
  • Orders placed after 12 noon may be processed the following day.
  • If frozen items are ordered then someone must be available to receive the goods the next day after shipping, The tracking number will have been provided via email, it is the responsibility of the buyer to track there goods and speak to the carrier ( DHL / DPD / Yodel ).

Out of Stock Items

In the event that one or more items on your order are out of stock, you will be contacted and given two choices:

1. Substitute for a similar item. We stock a large selection of products and there is a high likelihood that we can replace it for a similar item. If there is a price difference for these items, you will be refunded for the difference. Should there be no substitute for the product, we will refund you the full cost of the item.

2. Remove and refund. Some people are brand loyal and we understand. If your chosen item is not in stock, we will refund you and ship the rest of your order.
