What is the minimum order?

There isn't one! Here at SushiSushi, we don't exclude anybody. You can order as much or as little as you like! 

Do you deal with the public or only to business?

Both! We don't like to exclude anybody from trying our delicious Japanese goods. You can buy the products that the top restaurants in the UK are buying!  

Can you instruct the driver to call me when he's here?

As we use well established third-party courier services, we cannot give special instructions to the drivers.

Can we pay the driver for our order?

As we use well established third-party courier services, the driver cannot accept payment.

Can I make an order over the phone?

No we can not accept orders over the phone, please place orders on our secure website.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us and we will cancel your order immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse the parcel when delivered and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the refused goods we will issue a refund minus any postage and packaging. In this case, you may also be charged for the return postage fees.

Can I track my order?

If your order is being delivered by one of our couriers with a tracked service, you will receive the tracking details so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

Where can I find out more information about a product such as the nutritional information?

We do our best to keep each product up-to-date with as much rich information as possible. If the information you are looking for is not on the product page or you believe the information to have changed, please contact us on 01226 447299 and we will assist you with your request.
