Yuzushu is a Japanese liqueur made by steeping yuzu, a fragrant citrus fruit, in alcohol with sugar, producing a bright, zesty drink served neat, on ice or with soda or tonic. Some styles are sake-based, blending yuzu with a junmai daiginjo or nigori sake for extra depth. Our range includes nigori, cup-style and sake-based yuzushu.
