At 14 inches this is the largest drainer insert in the range, sized for a full service tray rather than a single plate. It keeps sashimi, tempura or other wet-plated food raised off the tray so it isn't sitting in its own runoff by the time it reaches the pass. Stainless steel means it can go through the dishwasher on a normal cycle.

Cleaning the stainless steel drainer insert is relatively simple. It can be washed with warm soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. If there are any food particles trapped in the holes, you can use a soft brush or toothbrush to gently scrub them away.
