At 14 inches, 347 x 247mm, this is the largest oven pan and service tray in the Kōmi range, big enough for a whole roasting joint or enough vegetables for a large table. It's the size kitchens buy when the 12 inch tray is one plate short. Stainless steel handles the oven heat and the wash-up equally well.

Stainless steel is generally easy to clean. You can wash the oven pan/service tray with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaners or abrasive materials that can scratch the surface. If any food is stuck or burnt onto the tray, you can soak it in warm water to loosen the debris before cleaning.
