This is the 5-section inner tray for the Yasuragi Premium Lacquerware Bento Box. It is sized to fit the 310 x 247mm outer case in either finish, warm gold (T0006) or glossy black (T0008), and divides it into five compartments to keep dishes neatly separated. The tray is sold on its own, so a kitchen can hold spare trays and swap them between cases during a busy service.

How many trays should I order per case?
One per case covers service. Many kitchens keep a few spare trays so that plating can carry on while used trays are being washed, which keeps the cases moving at a busy lunch.
