EPISODE TWO: BRAD CARTER, CARTERS OF MOSELEY

November 24, 2020

The full length version of the time chef Brad Carter opened the doors of Carters of Moseley to Stu, Founder of SushiSushi to chat about flavour, his passion for British produce and his search for Shun. Brad opened Carters of Moseley back in 2010 with the goal of creating a truly sustainable, farm to table restaurant. With a reactive menu that changes on a weekly basis, Brad has managed to strike a balance to create a menu that celebrates British produce, but also takes inspiration from other cultures and their best ingredients. Sushi Stu sat down with Brad to find out which of our products help him do just that.
