AMABUKI - Rhododendron Yeast Junmai Daiginjo 720ml

Amabuki Sake Brewery is known for its innovative and experimental approach to sake production, including the use of various types of flower and fruit yeasts. Rhododendron yeast is one of the unique yeast strains they employ to create distinct flavours and aromas in their sakes.

This sake is made with yeast from the rhododendron flower. This gives the sake a soft and dry character with a refined aftertaste. Rhododendron flower yeast is filled with honey-clover, honeydew, floral and sweet rice dessert aromas.

Tasting Notes: Sweet, floral.

Perfect Food Pairing: Beats and other vegetables with acidity, fresh carpaccio or salads with fruits, prosciutto, beef tartare and other meat appetisers.
