Amabuki Sparkling Nama (Raw Sake) Junmai is a unique sparkling sake produced by the Amabuki Sake Brewery, known for their innovative and experimental approach to sake-making.

"Nama" refers to "raw" sake, indicating that it is unpasteurized. Nama sakes are known for their lively and fresh flavors. They are typically consumed relatively soon after production due to their shorter shelf life.

The condensed taste and richness of the rice with a gorgeous and refreshing scent.

Tasting Notes: The fine bubbles create a silky mouthfeel, and the dry taste - crisp.
