Information

HAKUTSURU - Excellent Junmai 720ml

Hakutsuru's signature sake made from pure rice, water and brewed using a traditional technique. It has a mellow flavour, rich mouthfeel and is the best value in Japan-made sake.

This Junmai sake is made using high-quality rice called Yamada Nishiki, which is widely regarded as one of the best rice varieties for sake production. The rice is polished to remove the outer layers, resulting in a pure and refined flavour.
