Ishino no Shiromiso 500g
石野の白味噌 500kg

A 500g bag of Ishino Saikyo miso paste. Saikyo miso is very sweet in taste. It is made from rice instead of regular miso like Shiro Miso or the darker Aka Miso. The rice in this saikyo miso also gives it its lighter and more yellow colour than shiro miso.

Made in Japan to a very high standard. This product is used in Michelin starred restaurants in the UK.
