Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with a unique flavour similar to mandarin with added lemon. This yuzu zest powder works great sprinkled into fish marinades, over salads or seafood dishes to add a very different citrus kick.

The Kagura powdered yuzu zest is made from finely grated yuzu peel that has been dried and ground into a powder.

The powdered yuzu zest can be used in a variety of dishes and drinks, such as marinades, dressings, sauces, and cocktails. It adds a tangy, citrusy flavour and aroma to dishes, and is a convenient alternative to fresh yuzu zest, which can be difficult to find outside of Japan!
