A 800g pack of hime joshu somen noodles. Somen noodles are made from mostly wheat flour. The Japanese usually eat them without a soup but use sauces such as soy sauce to give them flavour. They can be prepared in soup and can also be stir-fried. They are a thin, versatile noodle.
