''Since our establishment in 1935, we continue to sell high-quality, highly flavoured shiitake mushrooms using our discerning eye for log-grown shiitake mushrooms. Based on the food we want to pass on to the future, we serve miso soup with dashi mainly using shiitake mushrooms at our physical stores, and also hold dashi soup classes and baby food classes. We have a shiitake mushroom production facility on the premises and also offer shiitake mushroom picking experiences. We handle everything from cultivation to manufacturing to eating and drinking.
