DAISHO DASHI SHOYU Ramen Soup Concentrate 1.23kg
大小だし醤油ラーメンラーメン濃縮物1.23kg

Dashi shoyu ramen soup concentrate is a type of Japanese soup base that is used to make a flavorful broth for ramen noodles. It is made using a combination of soy sauce and dashi, a broth made from simmering dried bonito flakes and kelp.

This soup concentrate is typically used to make ramen broth by diluting it with water and simmering it with additional ingredients such as chicken, pork, or vegetables. It is a versatile ingredient that can also be used in other dishes such as stir-fries, marinades, and dipping sauces.

A great way to add a rich and complex flavour!

1180g of Shoyu ramen soup concentrate. Makes around 10 litres of authentic ramen soup easily.

Mix 1 part soup base to around 6-10 parts hot water. This is just a guide however, you can experiment to make the soup stronger or weaker depending on your tastes.

This product should make around 10-20 portions of ramen soup. You can freeze this product and defrost just the right amount each time to make it last longer.
