How is it made?

The production process begins with a mixture of soybeans, wheat, and salt water that is fermented and aged for several months to create a base soy sauce. The soy sauce is then infused with the flavour of cherry blossoms by adding cherry blossom petals and allowing them to steep for several days.

The soy sauce is then smoked using a traditional smoking process that involves using cherry wood chips. The smoking process gives the soy sauce a distinct smoky aroma and flavour that complements the cherry blossom.
