Japanese Mayo from Kenko (not the coffee company!) in a 500g pack. Japanese mayo like this one from kenko is whole egg mayo with rice vinegar and soy bean oil. This recipe gives Japanese Mayo it's authentic taste. Similar to the popular Kewpie Mayo.
