Domestically grown Japanese Togarashi chillies are carefully roasted and then crushed using a secret manufacturing method to enhance not only the spiciness, but also the delicious sweetness of Japanese chilli.

Shichimi togarashi is a traditional Japanese spice blend that typically contains seven ingredients, including chilli pepper, sesame seeds, and nori flakes. This togarashi offers a simpler and milder option for those who prefer the flavour and heat of a single type of chilli pepper.

Commonly used as a condiment to add spice and flavour to dishes such as udon noodles, tempura, and grilled meat or fish.
