Yuzu Kosho is a unique blend of green chilli and yuzu and tastes great with fried and grilled chicken. It's best used with fatty meat and with fish dishes. It can also be added into ramen soup. It is a very versatile condiment!

Yuzu is a fragrant and sour citrus fruit that is commonly used in Japanese cuisine, while koshu refers to the traditional technique of fermenting vegetables and fruits with salt and chilli peppers.

A unique and vibrant flavour profile. It has a strong and aromatic yuzu fragrance with a combination of citrusy, spicy, and salty flavours. The heat from the chilli peppers is balanced by the citrusy tang of the yuzu, creating a harmonious and invigorating taste!

Used as a seasoning for grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables, added to marinades or dressings, or mixed into dipping sauces. It pairs particularly well with grilled or roasted dishes, where the tangy and spicy elements can complement the smoky flavours!
