Information

KOBAYASHI - MeroMero Mojiport Banana & Passionfruit Umeshu 720ml

Kobayashi Meromero Mojiport Banana & Passionfruit Umeshu is a unique umeshu produced by Kobayashi Sake Brewery. Umeshu is a traditional Japanese liqueur made by steeping ume plums in alcohol and adding sugar. However, this particular umeshu incorporates the flavours of banana and passionfruit, creating a tropical and fruity twist on the classic umeshu.

This is a beautiful, silky liqueur of banana puree and sake. The brewery suggests mixing with some milk or yoghurt drink.

Tasting Notes: Fruity, tropical, silky liqueur.

Drink Recommendations: On the rocks, with Soda, Cocktail Mixer Base
