Hanamaruki

Hanamaruki was founded in 1918 in Ina city, Nagano prefecture, Japan where they sold miso products under the name "Maruki-Jirushi." There was a huge demand for the miso and they started selling in Tokyo. The company grew and in 1964 they changed their name to Hanamaruki. By this point, they were selling Miso all over Japan and Hanamaruki became a household name. The companies philosophy is "to value natural ingredients and craftsmanship."
