How to Use

Soak in cool water for 5–10 minutes, squeeze gently, then add to miso soup, ramen or clear broths. Toss with cucumber, rice vinegar and sesame for sunomono. Fold through salads with tofu and citrus dressing, or stir into seafood stir-fries at the end for colour and a fresh ocean note.
