Kuki iri-goma kuro 65g
九鬼産業 いりごま黒 65g

A quality small pack of black sesame seeds from Kuki in Japan. This small pack comes with in resealable, keep fresh pack.

Kuki takes care while making their products to give them a "different" - improved flavour. They never use chemicals to remove the sesame husk. They remove the husk with a process called flection. This process takes longer but greatly improves the taste.

Kuki's sesame products take longer to produce when compared with other brands but the pureness of their sesame products speaks for themselves.

These seeds have a deep, rich flavour and a slightly nutty aroma, and are a popular ingredient in many Japanese dishes, including sushi, rice dishes, and desserts.

Black Sesame Seeds are often used as a garnish or topping for dishes such as sushi, noodle dishes, and salads. They can also be ground into a paste or powder and used as a flavouring for desserts, or as a condiment for meats and vegetables.
