AMABUKI - Yamadanishiki 50 (Aizan Rice) Junmai Daiginjo 300ml

Yamadanishiki is a highly regarded rice variety in Japan, often considered one of the best for sake production. It is known for its large grains, high starch content, and ability to produce sake with refined flavors and aromas.

Junmai Daiginjo is the highest grade of sake and represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship. It is made from rice polished to at least 50% of its original size, and no additional alcohol or additives are used during production.

Tasting Notes: Muscat Grapes, Red Apples, Clean.
