Amabuki Brewery, located in Saga Prefecture, Japan, specialises in different types of flower and fruit yeasts to create distinct flavours and aromas in their sakes. The Marvel of Peru flower yeast contributes to the sake's unique characteristics and potential floral notes.

A sake that stands out for its soft flavour and aroma. You can chill it in the refrigerator and drink it at room temperature, and the taste will change depending on the temperature zone. Elegant melon-like aroma and gentle texture on the palate -moderate acidity.

Tasting Notes: Melon, lychee, fruity aroma.

Perfect Food Pairing: White fish sashimi, steamed vegetables or fish.
