When chilled, the refreshing sourness spreads sharply in the mouth, creating an exquisite balance with the smooth roundness. With an alcohol content of 8%, which is lower than that of ordinary Japanese sake, this sake has a freshness and body that you wouldn't expect from pure rice sake. This sake is a hybrid between Japanese sake and white wine.

Tasting Notes: Pineapple, Grape, Yogurt.
