A type of Japanese pottery that originated in the Mino region of Japan during the 16th century. It is named after the famous tea master Furuta Oribe, who was known for his unique taste in pottery.
The Shiragaki Oribe Bowl is characterised by its irregular shape, bold design, and bright green glaze with splashes of white. The glaze is made from ash, feldspar, and iron oxide, which gives it a unique texture and colour. The irregular shape of the bowl is designed to create an organic, natural feel!
