The Umeshu and Flavoured Sake Collection

Umeshu, traditional Japanese plum wine, is a versatile and delicious drink known for its balance of sweet, tart, and fruity flavors. Made by steeping ume plums in alcohol and sugar, it has a rich, aromatic profile that’s both refreshing and easy to enjoy.

Perfect on its own—served chilled, over ice, or even warm—umeshu also shines as a cocktail ingredient. Its natural sweetness and depth make it a great addition to sparkling water, citrus-forward drinks, or even creative twists on classics like the spritz or sour. We have curated a collection of five of our favourite Umeshu and Flavoured sakes dedicated to celebrating all of the variety in this drink category.  

Featuring Kobayshi's Mojiport Banana & Passionfruit and Grapefruit & Passionfruit Umeshus,   Chokyu's 15 Year Aged Umeshu, Manzairaku's Kaga Umeshu, and Yoshimura's Kokuto Umeshu. If a bottle sells out it will be replaced by one of equal value and style.
