Information

Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce 1.8l
オタフク 焼そばソース 1.8l

A sauce that works easily into the noodles, creating the Yakisoba flavour with sauce alone. Characterised by a slightly sharp flavour, yet with a mild flavour and rich aroma amid the piquant taste. 2.2 kg contains enough for 50-60 servings of Yakisoba. Contains enough for 30-35 servings.

Otafuku yakisoba sauce is characterised by the delicious flavour of simmered aromatic vegetables and a spicy, mellow fragrance with a home made taste, creating tasty, flavoursome yakisoba.

In Otafuku yakisoba sauce salt content has been cut by 15% allowing large amounts to be used without making the yakisoba too salty.

Otafuku is a well-known Japanese food company that specialises in producing sauces, dressings, and other condiments. The company's yakisoba sauce is made with a blend of high-quality ingredients, including domestically produced soy sauce, domestically produced vinegar, and Japanese sugar.

Yakisoba sauce is commonly used in households and restaurants throughout Japan to add a rich, savoury flavour to yakisoba noodles. It is also commonly used as a dipping sauce for other dishes, such as tempura and fried chicken!
