Located in Wakayama, the "plum-producing area", our plum wine is pickled using Nanko plums from Kishu Wakayama. The sourness of red shiso, which is a healthy ingredient, is added to the plum wine, and the original sweetness of the plum wine creates a health-oriented taste, resulting in a refreshing plum wine with the sweetness of plum wine.
It has a red color like a precocious red wine derived from red perilla, so it can be used as an aperitif, or chilled in the refrigerator and served as a fashionable alcoholic drink in a wine glass during a meal. Please enjoy it with plum wine. "Akai Umeshu" is made by adding red perilla under the concept of "health" based on plum wine with the depth of plums unique to Japan. Please enjoy the refreshing taste.
