SHIMAZAKI - Auzuma Yuzushu 500ml

Yuzu sake brewed by Azuma Rikishi. This yuzu liquor is carefully made from local hand squeezed yuzu juice and is made with a lot of fine quality Japanese honey. The refreshing taste is perfect as an aperitif or digestif.

Yuzushu is a Japanese citrus liqueur made by steeping yuzu citrus fruits in alcohol and adding sugar to create a sweet and aromatic beverage.

Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to East Asia, known for its distinct and fragrant flavour. It has a unique blend of tartness, sweetness, and a slightly floral aroma. Yuzushu captures the essence of yuzu, creating a refreshing and citrusy liqueur.
