YTSUKI NO KATSURA - Hofuku-zekkyo Mild Sake 8% 500ml

Please note: this sake has a unique feature! You could receive any one of the pictured designs or colours - it will be a surprise! (it is the same product). The illustrations show the sake making process at different stages!

When chilled, the refreshing sourness spreads sharply in the mouth, creating an exquisite balance with the smooth roundness. With an alcohol content of 8%, which is lower than that of ordinary Japanese sake, this sake has a freshness and body that you wouldn't expect from pure rice sake. This sake is a hybrid between Japanese sake and white wine.

Perfect Food Pairing: Sushi, sashimi, salads, seafood. Versatile to complement a variety of cuisines.
