Kinjirushi kona wasabi 1kg
金印 粉わさび 1kg

A 1kg bag of quality, Japanese-made Kinjirushi brand wasabi powder. V-26 is the name of this particular blend of wasabi powder. Kinjirushi offers a few different blends in its native Japan. This one, we feel, is the best. Amazing value for money for a proper Japanese made wasabi powder. It comes in a resealable bag to keep the powder fresh and moisture-free.

It is made by grinding the wasabi plant's stem, which contains the pungent compounds that give wasabi its unique flavour and spiciness.

Kinjirushi's wasabi powder is known for its high quality and authenticity, as it is made using traditional methods and only the finest wasabi plants from Japan's Nagano prefecture. The powder can be mixed with water to create a paste, which is commonly used as a condiment for sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes!
