A type of Japanese spice blend made from a combination of chilli pepper, orange peel, sesame seeds, Sichuan pepper, ginger, and nori seaweed. Shichimi Togarashi translates to "seven flavour chilli pepper," which refers to the traditional blend of seven spices used to make the seasoning.

Yawataya Isogoro Shichimi Togarashi is a versatile seasoning that can be used to add heat and depth of flavour to a wide range of dishes, including soups, noodles, rice dishes, and grilled meats.
