Information

Youki XO Sauce 120g
ヨウキ食品 XO醬 120g

XO sauce originates from Hong Kong, but this is Japanese interpretation of the famous sauce and as such has a unique flavour. It contains dried shrimp and scallops cooked with onion, garlic, chilli and because it’s a Japanese made version, of course they added katsuobushi!

The sauce has a deep umami flavour with a slightly sweet and spicy taste, making it a versatile condiment that can be used in many dishes. It is commonly used in stir-fries, as a dip for dumplings or vegetables, or as a marinade for meats.

Adds an unforgettable Umami flavour to any dish!
