5 Seaweed Salad Recipes - Healthy Eating in 2020

If you don’t know how to use seaweed, these recipes will help you. 

Seaweed contains lots of mineral and fibre, and it is the next superfood!  

 

1. Mix seaweed salad (very common)

10g of seaweed

1/3 lettus

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of vinegar

1 tbsp of sugar 

1 tbsp sesame oil 

Crab stick for option

 

 

2. Onion and wakame seaweed salad

1 Onion

Wakame seaweed (same as onion size)

2 tbsp of sesame oil

4 tbsp of ponzu

Nori 

bonito flake

 

 

 

 

 

3. Tuna seaweed salad

10g of Seaweed

1 tinned tuna

1 tbsp of ponzu

 

 

 

 

4. Cabbage and wakame salad

3 cabbage leaves

1 tbsp of dried wakame seaweed

salt

1 tbsp of sesame oil

1 tsp of soy sauce

sesame 

 

 

5. Hijiki seaweed salad

15g of hijiki

carrots

2 tbsp of mayonnaise

1/2 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tsp of sugar

some salt
