Pork Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) is a thinly sliced sautéed pork with tasty sauce with ginger flavour. It's a popular lunch menu in Japan.

  2. Ginger paste (use about 4cm)
  3. 1 tsp of sugar
  4. 1tbsp of sake
  5. 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  6. 2 tbsp of mirin
  7. Shiokoji
  1. Marinate pork with shiokoji, that will make the pork tender.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and grill the pork till both sides are browned.
  3. Combine all the condiments, spread over pork and grill. You can also grill sliced onions too!
