Amabuki Sake Brewery is known for its innovative approach to sake production, particularly for incorporating various types of flower yeast during fermentation. The use of flower yeast, such as Nadeshiko, adds unique characteristics and flavors to their sakes.
Japanese ancient black rice adds a beautiful colour. The silky mouthfeel comes, followed by the crisp and grainy nose that comes on the palate. The sake made with yeast of the pink nadeshiko flower is reminiscent of pear and ripe. It is easy to drink even if you are not used to drinking sake. The perfect drink for your special occasions.
