Called "Momiki Umami Tare" which translates as "Umami Sauce", it's a pretty vague name. That is until you read the ingredients list and it just makes you want to put this sauce on everything. Think umami, then think: Soy sauce, Bonito, Shiitake, real Mirin, kombu and of course black garlic and you know this is going to be banging!
The mature and fruity taste of black garlic makes it incredibly versatile for all kinds of cooking styles; barbecue, stir-fry, salad dressings, dips, and marinades.
MOMIKI Inc. is located in Miyazaki, Japan. Miyazaki is famous for its three times champion wagyu beef, the longest daylight hours, and tropical street vibe that like no other places in Japan. Using domestic garlic grown in Kyushu and Shikoku area, only garlic that passed pesticide residue test can be used.
