Dassai 39 Junmai Daiginjo 720ml

Only slightly less refined than its famous '23' stablemate, the Dassai 39 is the perfect dinner accompaniment and one of those sakes that you find yourself coming back to again and again with real delight each time. A light, well balanced palate with hints of tropical fruits and a nose of an uplifting bouquet of flowers.

The nose is fruity with koji rice, apple, honeydew, and strawberry aromas, with hints of pear and blueberry.

Best serve chilled. Can also be served at room temperature.

Perfect Food Pairing: Sushi, tapas, cheese, mixed green fresh salads, green vegetables, lobster, filet mignon.
