Golden roasted sesame oil is a type of cooking oil that is made from roasted sesame seeds. It is a popular ingredient in Japanese cuisine and is often used to add flavour and aroma to dishes such as stir-fries, marinades, dressings, and sauces.
In Japan, golden roasted sesame oil is often referred to as "goma-abura" and is typically made from toasted white sesame seeds. The sesame seeds are roasted at a low temperature until they are golden brown, which helps to bring out their nutty flavour and aroma. The roasted seeds are then pressed to extract the oil, which is then filtered and bottled.
About the Manufacturer: KUKI
Kuki Golden Roasted Sesame Oil is made from premium, 100% pure golden sesame seeds that have been roasted to perfection. This 170g (usukuchi) bottle offers a delicious, nutty flavour that adds a unique depth and complexity to any dish. Its light and fragrant aroma adds an extra layer of complexity to any recipe.
Kuki takes care while making their products to give them a "different" - improved flavour. To start with, they never use chemicals to remove the sesame husk. They remove the husk with a process called flection. This process takes longer but greatly improves the taste.
They also do not use chemicals while producing sesame oil. As they compress the seeds, they pay close attention to the compressor power, adjusting it when needed. Once the oil has been produced, it is then filtered for one and a half months.
Kuki's sesame products take longer to produce when compared with other brands but the pureness of their sesame products speaks for themselves.
