Kuki junsei kinshira goma-abura 170g
九鬼産業 純正 金白胡麻油 170g
Lightly roasted sesame oil is a popular ingredient in Japanese cuisine. In Japan, it is known as "irigoma-abura" and is made by lightly toasting sesame seeds before pressing them to extract the oil.
This type of sesame oil has a mild, nutty flavour and aroma, which makes it perfect for adding a rich, savoury flavour to dishes without overwhelming other ingredients. It is commonly used in dressings, marinades, sauces, and stir-fries.
About the Manufacturer: KUKI
Kuki Lightly Roasted Sesame Oil provides a delicious and fragrant flavour to your cooking. Its lightly roasted sesame oil is extracted from ethically sourced sesame seeds using cold-pressing processes and refining to ensure a high quality and rich taste for your dishes.
Kuki takes care while making their products to give them a "different" - improved flavour. To start with, they never use chemicals to remove the sesame husk. They remove the husk with a process called flection. This process takes longer but greatly improves the taste.
They also do not use chemicals while producing sesame oil. As they compress the seeds, they pay close attention to the compressor power, adjusting it when needed. Once the oil has been produced, it is then filtered for one and a half months.
Kuki's sesame products take longer to produce when compared with other brands but the pureness of their sesame products speaks for themselves.
