Information

NIHON SHIZEN HAKKO OISHI SU TOMATO DASHI 360ml
日本シゼンハッコ大石すトマトだし360ml

This tasty seasoning that has umami and mild taste with sourness of tomato is made with ripe tomato in Nagano and red sea bream extract.

Nihon Shizen Tomato Dashi is a Japanese soup stock made from tomatoes and kombu (kelp). It is a vegetarian and vegan alternative to the traditional dashi broth, which is usually made with fish or other seafood.

Tomato dashi has a rich umami flavour with a hint of sweetness from the tomatoes. It is commonly used as a soup base for noodle dishes, such as udon or soba, and as a seasoning for various vegetable and meat dishes. It can also be used as a substitute for vegetable broth or tomato sauce in recipes!
