Chirashi is a popular type of sushi that features a variety of colourful toppings placed on a bed of sushi rice. This dish appears highly appetising due to the many colours and shapes from the optional toppings, including cooked eggs, seafood, salmon roe, cucumber slices, and shiso leaves.
