After opening in 2018, Hide Restaurant fast became one of London's top restaurants. They're known for creating elegant, modern British cuisine, but when you hear those words you probably don't think of Japanese flavours, so our own Sushi Stu spent some time with Ollie Dabbous to find out how the two come together on Hide's menu.
