Soy Milk Miso Udon Recipe

Spring is here and it is getting warmer but with the unpredictable British weather, here is a delicious recipe to try on those cold, rainy days. Simple but different, this recipe uses unsweetened soy milk as a base which results in a creamy, savoury udon soup.  

 

Soy Milk Miso Udon | Serves 1

 

 Ingredients

Method

Various toppings can be added:
    1. Stir fry the pork and the cabbage with sesame oil and ginger paste. 
    2. Add water and dashi powder. Once it is heated, add miso and soy milk.
    3. Add udon. 
    4. Add s toppings. (kimchi, sesame, shichimi etc)
