Oyama Genmaisu with Ume Plum 500ml

Japanese vinegar made from pickled ume plums. The plums are soaked in salt and then aged for several months, creating a sour and salty brine. The liquid is then pressed out and aged further, resulting in a tangy, slightly sweet vinegar that is used in Japanese cuisine for dressings, marinades, and sauces.

It has a distinctive pinkish-red colour and a sour, fruity flavour.
