Ingredients
200-300g of chicken thigh
★garlic paste
★2-3 tbsp. of soy sauce
★2-3 tbsp. of sake
salt and pepper
katakuriko (potato starch) / karaage batter mix
sesame oil / vegetable oil
1. Cut the chicken thigh to pieces and season with salt and pepper. |

2. Make the sauce, put all ★ marked ingredients together to the bowl or freezer bag, marinate the chicken pieces in sauce, leave them for 30min to 1 hour.

3. Coat chickens with katakuriko, place them in the oven tray. (recommend to use tin foil as well) |

4. Pour sesame oil / vegetable oil over them.
|
|
5. Grill them on high heat (250℃) for about 20min. |
